Che-Mato Pasta


2 cups boiled macaroni
1 onion
1 clove garlic (lehsun)
1 capsicum
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
3 tbsp milk
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp butter
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
some grated cheese for topping


  1. Peel & chop onions
  2. Peel & crush garlic
  3. Cut capsicum into half. Remove seeds and cut into thin strips.
  4. Heat butter in saucepan
  5. Add garlic & onions and fry for few minutes
  6. Add capsicum and tomato ketchup and stir for five minutes
  7. Add the milk, cheese, salt & pepper and mix well
  8. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well
  9. Put into serving dish and sprinkle some grated cheese on top
  10. Serve hot
