After the confirmation of its first Windows Phone 8 device 8X, HTC has officially announced its upcoming and second Windows device dubbed as 8S. The HTC 8S is more slim and compact as compared to the first 8X.
The smartphone is running on latest Windows Phone 8 OS and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset and runs on a 1GHz dual-core Krait processor, Adreno 225 GPU and 512MB of RAM (surprisingly).
It sports a lesser screen size of 4-inch and comes with capacitive Super LCD of WVGA resolution. Also come with Gorilla Glass protection. Multimedia and connectivity features include: dual camera (5MP primary, front), beats audio, 3.5 mm jacks, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USb, EDGE, and high speed data.
HTC has not confirmed the device availability and its price tag yet.
