Youth To Business ForumLeadership is that attribute that an individual develops. People are not born leaders. They develop their leadership potential by the opportunities they grab and the ideas they implement. The organizations today dont need human resources, they need leaders. Leaders with practical experiences. Experiences that come with achieving and working for a goal. A goal that strives towards a vision. Experiences that come with travel, with being out of the box, with being in a different local reality and thinking outside the box.
