Movie Review: Noah

Cast: Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Ray Winstone, Emma Watson, Anthony Hopkins, Logan Lerman

Director: Darren Aronofsky

Written by: Darren Aronofsky, Ari Handel

Noah, epic biblical-inspired fantasy film directed by the talented Darren Aronofsky. Noah played by Russel Crowe is fantastic. He is the reason why you should watch this movie. Jennifer Connelly plays an obedient wife with grace and she looks stunning. Noah is based on “Noah’s ark”, a biblical epic. So much can not be revealed.

The ark made here by the team is superb, Russel Grow gives one of his best performances in recent times and all the supporting cast like Emma Watson, Logan Leman and Ray Winstone are awesome in their parts. The movie also belongs to Darren Aronofsky who had the guts to make such a movie and plus the cinematography and visual effects are nicely done.

What’s Good?

Direction, story, performances, music, locations and cinematography

What’s Bad?

Weak pace of the film

Watch Noah. It’s a one time watch but you won’t be disappointed at all. I am going for 3.5 Bits out of 5 for Noah. Watch it for the performances and cinematography.
