Entrepreneurship is a unique business venture run by a bunch of enthusiasts that starts off with an idea and finishes through strong execution skills. Unlike the popular opinion, innovation is just one part of entrepreneurship. Without a team with ardor for entrepreneurship and established technical and business skills, the venture is destined to doom.
To give you a chance to showcase your entrepreneurial skills, EDcellence brings you, SkillED Up.
SkillED Up focuses on individual entrepreneurship skills and anyone with any innovative idea, strong technical or business skills can participate. The motive of the event is to encourage any ideas that can solve problems of the stakeholders.
The registrations for the online event open on 28th August, 2015. Each team should have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members. Each team will choose one from the problem statements listed on 30th August and follow the instructions provided to build an android app for the aforementioned statement. Finalists will showcase their app through a demo to the panelists on 6th September. All the activities will be completely online and teams are not expected to travel to BITS Pilani Goa Campus.
The winners with the brightest idea get a lump sum cash prize and proper guidance from renowned mentors. The contestants can check details and register at www.coalescence.in Last date for registration is 1st September 2015.
