It’s portable, movable and everything else that you may wanna call it. But the owner of this hotel Tanmay Bhatwal has called it Beetle Smartotels. This is the hotel that is made solely out of shipping containers with convenience and luxury blended finely! Biggest benefit of this type of hotel is that it takes only about 3 to 4 months only to set kick start comparatively to the traditional concrete hotel which may set the hotel business some 3-4 years back!
Tanmay Bathwal is a young impresario and he leads the company Hirise Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. He sensed rise in the demand of hospitality business for good remote locations, movable rooms, venues for holding big event and thus, emerged with this utmost creative idea of moving hotels.

The promoters of the smartotle have a solid aim to add upto 2000 movable rooms throughout the country by the year 2018, housing each and every facilities of a plush hotel for the customers tranquillity! His company has already invested Rs 20crore and look forward to a massive investment upto Rs. 300crores. Apart from service class suites, they also plan to build rooms for single businessman who visit cities on business trips. Tanamy Bhatwal had started his first hotel at the age of 24 and now, he is all set to unveil his brand new traditional 5-star hotel having a total of 173 rooms in Ahmedabad by the fourth quarter of 2016.
Currently, the building cost of a single room damages Tanmay Bhatwal about 15 lakhs contradictory to the traditional concrete rooms cost that go upto 50 lakhs! With a plan to forge 160 rooms in the near future, Hirise Hospitality anticipates to engender a plus of Rs. 3000/- per night.
