There are many people in the world to whom if we ask ‘What is Love?’ they answer ‘Butter Chicken’. And yes, we agree that such food items are tasty, and worth spending the amount we do! But ever wondered if it’s good for you or not? There are many posts all over the internet telling you that Veg. is better than non-veg., but here we will tell you how you are ruining the world, and yourself just for the sake of taste, have a look!
Cruelty towards Animals
“I like animals. All animals. I wouldn’t hurt a cat or a dog – or a chicken or a cow. And I wouldn’t ask someone else to hurt them for me. That’s why I’m a vegetarian.” – Peter Dinklage
This is what we are talking about. Just for the sake of taste, we are killing Animals, whether a chicken or a cow! Many people will come up and say “We kill plants as well.” But there is a fine line of difference between Animal and Plants. Being a Vegetarian will stop such cruelty, I guess!
Too hot for the body to handle.
It is proven that few food items are too warm for the body. Fatty foods produce heat, and we are talking about inner body heat. By which we feel warmness in the surrounding, hot body temperature, sweatiness, etc. Such body heat allows the growth of pimple on the face. Each and every non-veg. item is warm enough to do such effects on the body whereas there are really less no. of veg. items to do such thing.
Lactose Intolerance.
Animals are injected with hormones and other chemicals so that they grow faster and produce faster. These chemicals eventually end up in the human who consumed that respective meat. Due to this various diseases end up inside that human body. And there are a large number of cases of lactose intolerance among non-veg. consumers other than veg. consumers.
Diseases because of the already diseased meat.
Due to the hormones and chemicals injected. Animals can’t handle the fastened process inside their body; they only support natural growth and artificial hormonal growth disease the animal itself. Some non-veg. food providing shops were accused of supplying rotten or diseased meat and chicken. A consumer wouldn’t know that the meat or chicken was diseased or not, and thus gives rise to various diseases.
Fat, Cholesterol, Everything!
Meat, Chicken, Mutton and Fish are living beings, they breathe, eat and survive, Just like us! A human body possesses various ways of storing fat and so does the animal’s body! Animals have a large number of fat and the oil used to prepare them completely will make you sick in a really short period of time. Too much fat and oil points to heart diseases, and if the meat is undercooked due to less oil, it will eventually bring stomach and digestion problems along with it.
So many problems, so many diseases. Why don’t we just stop eating meat and other non-veg. products and opt for the vegan diet. We can’t force you; we can only tell you what happens when you consume meat. In our opinion, Live and Let Live, yours may be different.
