I am sure after watching this movie you would have definitely related to one of the four lead characters played by the actors in the movie. This movie has amazing destinations like Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and France. From the snowy Himalayas to the magnificent Europe and the luxurious palace of Udaipur everything feels like a dream. The cinematography of the movie is amazing! This movie reaffirms our believe that sometimes you get the humsafar of your life while you are travelling.

5. Queen

Ever thought about solo-traveling? One would find this movie amazingly uplifting. The movie has been shot in Delhi, Paris and Amsterdam. Through the romantic avenues of Paris and wacky and quirky streets of Amsterdam, the journey of Rani’s metamorphosis from a naive girl to an independent woman is tear-jerkingly inspiring. Once you have watched this film, head home and start packing your bags and leave for a solo trip. It definitely has so much to teach you!

6. Dil Dhadakne Do

All through the movie, we get beautiful glimpses of Turkey. Zoya Akhtar’s wanderlust took her from the locales of Mumbai and Delhi to breathtaking landscapes of Turkey, Tunisia and Spain on a luxury cruise liner. She took us on a luxurious journey which not everyone can afford. It made us want to be able to afford an 8,000 Euro ticket on a cruise ship! Through this movie, she also taught us the value of relationships.

London Paris New York is a love story spread across 3 nations. The movie takes you on a journey through three of the most beautiful cities of the world – London, Paris and New York. The essence of each of the city is so beautifully captured by the director that you can’t help but pack your bags and leave on a romantic escapade to one or all of these locations!

8. Anjaana Anjaani

Shot in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco and New York, this movie is a must watch if you are just fed-up of the daily grind and want a  refreshing change by travelling to your dream destination. This is one beautiful movie where in the lead characters plan to end their live. But before doing so, they fulfil their dreams on traveling. The wanderlust in you will want to plan to travel somewhere soon.

9. Highway

Travelling around the country after being kidnapped may not necessarily be the best way to travel but Imtiaz Ali manages to make this journey enticing too. The movie explored the Stockholm Syndrome even as it took us along the scenic roads of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Kashmir making us want to hop on to the next truck that came along!

10. Tamasha

Imtiaz Ali discovers a new destination in this movie – the amazing island in France named Corsica. The amazing beach and the cliff where the lead characters hike through is just so breathtaking!
