Ashish is a graduate from IHM Lucknow. He was selected as a management trainee in Taj Group of hotels for kitchen and worked as a chef at Taj palace delhi- coffee shop and Indian restaurant, Taj rambagh palace. For Taj falaknuma palce-he worked as a hotel preopening team member and be the chef for Italian fine dining restaurant.
Ashish has also worked with intercontinental group Hotel Crowne plaza, Rohini- as a hotel preopening team member and chef for coffee shop.
Currently Ashish is working as a corporate chef for Aanch, a fine dining restaurant in Rajouri Garden. In Aanch, his core area is of Italian and North Indian food.
Chef Ashish Massey has a keen interest in kitchen designing and equipments as well and he aims to start his own institutes for the same.
